How to see the comments in C1 desktop?

I found the info, that comments are available from 16.3 desktop version. Im using 16.3.3 but I can't see the coments. How can I activate this?

  Hi Ania, 

  If you right click anywhere in your tools, you can "add tool", and you will find the whole list of tools including one named "Comments".

  Alternatively, if one of the images you have shared has a comment, it will display a small comment indicator next to the ratings. If you click on it, it should offer you to add this new tool.

  Feel free to place it in any tool tab that works best for you, or to have it as a floating tool by dragging it out of the tool tab.

  Yes, comments disappear when the online collection expires or is terminated. But you should also receive an email with a copy of all those comments at this time.
