Help Please
Good morning, I'm Roberto. Today I was deducted 39 euros with a payment to Fastspring. But I haven't been using capture one for a long time, I had only tested with Fujifilm. I also can't access my account management to cancel my subscription.
when I go into subscription management I am asked for an email, I enter it but it doesn't let me continue, it tells me that I will receive an email to continue, but I don't receive anything, I don't know what to do.
