Panorama stitching

1.  Capture One says that panorama stitching outputs a DNG file.

2.  Then Capture One says that my Fuji X camera is not supported for DNG:

Must I then conclude that Capture One will not stitch my RAF files into a panorama? Or not always?

Please clarify.  I have started shooting a lot of RAF's to be stitched, but have refrained from upgrading to C1-'23 because of this uncertainty.
