What version of Capture One are you on? The A7C II is supported from Capture One 23 release 16.3.2.

Apologies, I should have said Capture One Pro 16.3.2, not Capture One 23. (Capture One 23 is up to and including 16.2.6. After that the new release is just called Capture One Pro, from 16.3.0 onwards.)
It appears that you would need an upgrade to 16.3.2.

Moving to software discussion as this camera has already been implemented (16.3.2) and you will need a perpetual license for 16.3 (or a subscription) in order to use this camera with Capture One.

Yes, it is up to date in the sense that there is no newer release of Capture One 23 included in your license.
(If you had been on 16.2.5, it wouldn't be up to date, because there would be 16.2.6 available to you.)
But to get 16.3.2, if you want to, you could log on to your account at the Capture One website and see what upgrade options are available to you. (Presumably a new permanent licence, or a subscription. But you could try the 30 day free trial while you make up your mind what you would like to do.)
