  The installation file you download for the free trial is exactly the same as the one for the full version. It works as the trial or it works as the full version depending on the licence key. 

  You should have a licence key that you got when you paid for your subscription. If so, then do this

  • open Capture One in the trial version 
  • Find License in the menus (it's on the Capture One menu on a Mac - not sure where if you're on Windows) click that and choose Deactivate.
  • Close Capture One. Then open it again and you should be able to enter your paid-for licence code.
