Retouching tools for portraits

Any additional tool which would help us with skin retouching (thinking of frequency separation) would help us to avoid using Adobe PS for our work.

    Capture One is a not a pixel editor and therefore cannot do things like frequency separation. Photoshop is the right tool for that job.

    This is what people said about healing & cloning , Layers, HDR and Panorama …. “ capture one is a raw converter for those things you have Photoshop”

    ettore.causa you really can't separate the frequencies in a raw image editor because you need rasterized layers of each texture and tone. If you make even a small adjustment on another layer, it would break everything. Also, there isn't a single agreed-upon method of doing FS.

    Use the right tool for the right job. I want a Capture One that is the best RAW image editor on the planet, not a half-baked all-in-one piece of garbage.
