That isn't really details! What kind of trouble? Are you on a subscription? If not you will need to buy a perpetual licence. Have you tried downloading the newest version? What happens if you install it? Are you on a Mac or Windows?

Hi Ian. Thanks for getting back to me. I’m currently using the I Mac 3.8 ghz -core intel core
    i7
    Graphics AMD Radeon Pro 5500
    XT 8 GB
    Memory 64 GB 2667 MHz Ddr4
    Mac Hd
    Mac OS Sonoma 14.3

    Capture one 23

I was told that some of my payments didn’t go through which I didn’t realize.
I have been trying to download the capture one pro (upgrade ) but when it downloads nothing changes, it just takes me back to the same version I had!
I also just purchased the newest version $250 but still nothing.
Let me know if you could help or suggest anything?
    Thank you
    Serdjo

You need to be aware that the name of the .app file that gets installed has changed. If you are using a shortcut, for instance from the dock, it may still point to the Capture One 23.app file. The latest version of the app file is just called Capture One.app. This means that when you install it, it doesn't overwrite the old installation. You should

    • remove the existing icon from the dock
    • open the new app by going to the Applications folder and double-clicking the Capture One.app (and NOT the older one)
    • once it is running and in the dock, right click it and choose Options>Keep in Dock.
