subscription renewal

Hi, last year I purchased a capture one yearly subscription. I thought I cancelled the subscription as I did not use it, but I must have been mistaken as my card has been charged for one year's worth of the software. As I am a student, this is a significant amount of money to me. Would it be possible to refund this transaction?
