I am keep losing the selection that my client made

Hi, 

I send live link to my client to pick the images they want. I see a selection of 100 images, but when Im trying to update the catalog, I lose the selection, and now they have to redo the selection, which is a big pain in the ass and embarrassing. 

Does anyone know whats going on ?

  Hi ninjatune - the person who created this post has not reported the bug to our support team, and I cannot find any ticket about this topic in our support system in the year 2024.

  I do trust the fact you are encountering a bug, but if they are never logged into our systems with the proper information and required files, we just cannot replicate and fix them. 

  Please open support cases and share your log files, this is how we fix that.
