What version of Capture One are you using? The Z6ii has been supported since Capture One version 21 (release 14.0.2).

If you have at least that version, then you should be able to use the files. (Unless you have a brand-specific version like Sony only.)

So when you say that you can't open the files, how are you trying to do it, and what happens.

Also are you on Mac or Windows? Where are the files located, and does your OS (MacOS or Windows) give Capture One the necessary permissions to access them?
