    What kind of adjustments? Is it a filled layer? Perhaps you had better show us an example.

    New Radial Gradient mask in a small location with local color balance adjustments affects the colors on the whole picture.

    Here is the example. First picture is the new image without any editing.

    Now add Radial gradient mask, adjust some color balance. You can see that the color tone of all the lights have changed. Disabling the layer will revert it.

    Select the layer and press M to show/hide the layer mask.

    When I show the layer mask, the incorrect color tint of the lights disappears, but appears again on the exported image.

    Have you tried turning off hardware acceleration? macOS or windows? Update graphics drivers for Windows? Rebuild graphics acceleration engine?

    Windows. I can reproduce it on two different machines. I'll create a support ticket.
