Loosing the ratings of my customer, Live not working

    I came here to solve the same problem. I have shared a Live session with a client and all the rating they made are now gone, they don't have the time to do it again. Is there a way to turn back to changes already made?

    This happened to me twice in the past too. Rather embarrassing having to go back to the client and ask them to make their selects again

    I am writing with the support since months but I do not get any feedback or solution on that. If that will not be solved it doesn’t make sense to use it any longer, it is embarrassing that the customer has to do the selection again.

    I have the same problem of client selection not syncing! This function is not reliable and not all the clients are willing to redo selection! Capture one Live is not a tool you can use a professional and it not reducing time because you need to trouble shoot issues! Also the fact that you can’t use different machines to sync (pc/mac) the same project is a big downside!

    It feels like Capture One Live is in Beta level of development but was released as a product you can use with a client , but the issues can damage the photographer/client relationship because the client will understandably be very frustrated. It is so unreliable it shouldn't have been released yet. 

    On paper it is a great tool. but It needs to work well and it simply doesn't.

    Does it not seem insane that they don't seem to have any interest in fixing these issues?

    Especially when you have clients paying a lot of money for your services, and then you look like a complete idiot when expensive sotware such as Capture One routinely lets us down.

    My annual subs are due to go out in a few days for $511 NZD and yet I'm paying for a buggy and incomplete software in Live. Why can't they just fix it?!
