Odd email claiming my account is being deactivated

Hi, I received an email saying Hello Rupert Hitchcox, your subscription to "Capture One Add-on Services" was deactivated. Manage Your Orders But I'm all paid up as of the Last charge £181.30 on Mar 24, 2024 Can you please tell me what's going on? Best Regards Rupert
