C1 22 Can't activate on Windows 10 No matter what I try.
I'm hoping someone else might have solved this. I have recently reinstalled windows 10 on my PC. I tried Win11 for a while and went back to Win10.
No matter what I try, I can't activate Capture One 22. After logging in it does nothing and I'm going in circles.

I've tried everything mentioned:
- Firewall rules for C1
- Disable Virus Guard
- Check connection is secure
- Use mobile phone as your connection as router could be an issue
- etc
- etc
- etc
Nothing works. I also have a Mac laptop, on that, it works. The windows machine is way more powerful and also my editing machine. I'd rather not be slogging through on the little MacBook air.
I'd love any input, if you have? I have had it working on windows 10 in the past but this install is a no go.

So Capture One, you make a windows version that no longer works?

Greg UK - this is a user forum, and you aren't necessarily addressing Capture One staff here. Have you put in a support case?

Hi Ian, yes Capture One support was my first stop. I was given a scripted response a few weeks ago. Then, when I made a 2nd request, the ticket was marked as "Solved" because I'd quoted a support article.
I am now in touch with Capture One staff to hopefully resolve the issue. I'd put my issue on the forum hoping someone may have solved it as I had not received a satisfactory answer or support from Capture One staff.0 -
I suspect that it may need inspection of log files and that kind of thing - unlikely to be solved in the forum.
