  What version of Capture One are you running? And what release of Windows 11? Does it say that you need an updated version of Capture One or an updated version of Windows? Can you share a screen shot of the message? 

  Maybe there is an update to Windows 11 that you need? Or maybe you are running an older version of Capture One that isn't compatible with your release of Windows 11?

  We need to see more information!
