16.4.1 Subject / Background Layer Tool Not Working

In the new version, when I click on subject or background, nothing happens now. It looks like the click registers, but it's not creating a new layer with the subject or background.

    What OS are you on, James Quinn?

    I'm on macOS Sonoma 14.4.1, and it seems to work normally for me.

    Hmm, it works now. Maybe the program just needed a reboot. I'm on Windows 11 fwiw
