Popup says current license key belongs to a different user account
I'm having trouble with signing into Capture One Pro on desktop. I have a PC on Windows 11, latest version of Capture One as of yesterday. Last week I was trying to update to the latest version. I have an annual prepaid subscription.I accidentally pushed some buttons with deactivating; I wanted to deactivate some computers from a few years ago, but instead it deactivated the most current ones. My subscription is up to date and I haven't changed computers.
When I get into C1, I'm getting a popup that says, To use this version of Capture One, please sign-in. After purchasing a new plan, signing in is required to access your extra features. You can select "remind me later" to postpone signing in for up to 30 days." When I sign in, I get a popup that says "The current license key belongs to a different user account". I only have 1 user account. I am not concerned about frequent sign-in requests, this is something different. I deleted the user.config file in Windows as directed. But I still have this issue. Can anyone help?

In case this helps anyone, I'll share what helped me - I found a solution thanks to Capture One's support team (many thanks, especially to Julia!).
The incorrect profile error I was getting was due to the residuals left on my PC by previous installations; I've had Capture One for several years. I deactivated my license and then performed a cleanup by uninstalling Capture One and the associated Local App Data folders while keeping a copy of my Presets and Styles elsewhere. I then reinstalled the latest version of Capture One (I have a subscription) and submitted my license information when prompted. I no longer get the incorrect profile error popup.
