No focus point setting ability in Live View
There seems to be a serious omission in Live View on mobile devices. We can't set a focus point on the live view - when it works.
surely a program that purports to do tethering must be able to set a focus point.
Is there a way to speak to a developer about why it is not a feature?

I will but the fact that an essential and basic feature has never been implemented suggests that the developers feel this is too difficult or not wanted?
I would have thought this would have been one of the most important features of a tethered application.
I'll try to ask but have a feeling it won't be done any time soon.

If you don't ask you won't get. If you do ask, you MAY get. The mobile app is in its infancy in comparison to the main app, and my understanding is that its feature set is to be added to over time. So asking for features is definitely worth it to make the developers aware of what is most urgent from the point of view of the users.
