capture files not showing in preview

    I think you will need to say more about your setup before anyone can help. 

    • Are you working with a session or a catalog?
    • Tethered, or importing from either a memory card or a folder?
    • Mac or Windows, and which version of MacOS or of Windows?
    • What version of Capture One?
    • What camera?

    I don't see the EOS R100 listed here.

    Also do you have any of the Canon software installed and running? That competes with Capture One. Make sure all Canon software is not running.

    Hi Ian,
    I will check the compatibility but it was running okay at 1st and populating the shot in capture one as you would expect. Then something changed and I started getting this error message. The capture files are going into the session capture file just not popping up in the software. No Canon software running. Just capture one.
