Can’t open anything from files

FirstName LastName

I can’t open any images from files in capture one mobile on my iPad. All files are greyed out.

I am having the same issue. yes they are local files in my case.

Are the downloaded from iCloud? Are the local files?

Import from camera function is not working, keep getting image duplicate errors and no files are imported. Was working prior to the latest update

Same here. I have an external drive looked to my iPad and get the greyed out images. When I look at the files in Apple's Files app, I see them and can open them in Preview. I'm running the latest CO software and iOS
