    Update: as of September 17th, 21h57 CET the problem seems to be resolved. We are still monitoring the issue just in case.

    Hi Laas, we are indeed aware of an outage for the Capture One Live service, we are currently trying to find the root cause and to fix this as soon as possible.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    You best course of action is to submit a support request at the link given, quoting that text string.

    The support team should be able to help you, but it's unlikely that your fellow users here on the forum will be able to.
