Hiding Photos in a stack

Is there a way to hide all the photos used to create a focus stack, HDR merge or Pano stitch and only display the resultant image? For example, let’s say I take 150 photos for a depth composite. I import them all to a catalog, edit them and stack them in an external program and import the result. When browsing my filmstrip of previews, I don’t want to scroll through all 150 photos. I know you can “collapse” variants and only display one image to represent the group, but is there a way to do it with other grouped images? Is there another way? I thought about using a color code but that seems like it’d get old, fast.

  Capture One does not support "stacking" (hiding/grouping) separate images in the image browser.
