If I connect one camera at a time with the cable, C1 sees it without any problems and I can use it. The only problem is that if I connect both of them at the same time, I can't switch.

Go to the Notice Board section and read the Sequoia thread. Capture One provides a note on what to do to reset the privacy database for Capture One 16.4.

after several tests I discovered this solution, I tried to connect the 2 cameras via a hub and so it reads them simultaneously, the problem is only if I use 2 different USB ports directly on the mac

I tried resetting the permissions but it doesn't change anything, if I connect the two cameras directly to the Mac, C1 only sees one, if I connect them both to a Hub and then to the Mac, it sees them both and I can use them and switch them directly from C1

Hi, i have updated the C1 version, now i have the 16.5.0.29 on my MacBook Pro M2, but i still have the problem of connecting multiple cameras to the mac, if i use an usb c hub it can see all 2 cameras, if I connect them both directly to the USB c ports of the Mac, it only sees one and therefore I cannot switch.

How i can resolove this problem?
