Crashing

With my new Mac Mini M4 Pro C1 keeps crashing regularly. Never experienced this before. What to do? And no way to get to some human support-

    Go to the Library folder in your home folder in Finder. Look in Application Support for a folder named Capture One (Library > Application Support > Capture One). Rename it and see if Capture One runs well. If it does this means something in one of the folders inside Capture One is causing the crash. You can move things back one by one until you find the thing that causes is to crash.
