Can not get the app to initiate on my iPad

I've been using the app for almost a year. It's been working, marginally, for wireless previewing on my images on my tablet while I'm shooting. For me, tethering is just not an option, so this is my only choice. Now, Suddenly, starting the app does not initiate. It's acting as though I've never used the app before. I get a screen showing me the wonderful features of the app.  I try using the "skip" button but it does nothing. When I hit next button, I eventually get a message saying "something went wrong try back in a few minutes." This has been going on for days. Are these people absolutely the worst or what? I'm a professional. I'm paying a subscription for this software to work. An eighth grader could program better than this. And of course, they have almost ZERO support. 

I'd be grateful if somebody else who has had this problem and figured out a workaround could share how to get around it. While I'm waiting for somebody to help me solve this problem I'm going to look for new previewing software. Somebody's got to make something that works better than this. Any Suggestions???
