Photoroom is complete garbage and an absolute joke!

I just tried implementing the Photoroom plugin into my batch image processing and it was beyond disappointing, in fact it was absolutely useless and frustrating! I was attempting to use it to make my life easier by replacing green screen with a digital backdrop on a batch of headshot images I'm processing. So before using it, I signed up for a "Pro" account before using the feature because I needed the service and would have continued my subscription after the trial if it actually worked. Even though I had completed all the proper steps in creating a paid account, it would only output my files with their stupid watermark no matter what I did. Then after a few attempts to sort out the issue, it just stopped working completely. Everytime I would attempt to process an image, I would get an error message saying the background replacement process failed. When I brought this to the attention of their "support" center, they basically blew me off and told me they'll get around to it on "French time" 

This platform is laughable at best and I feel has no business in partnership with Capture One. I immediately canceled my trial account considering they couldn't handle doing their one job correctly. I recommend no one uses this unless you just want to be jerked around and frustrated. I also recommend that Capture One partner with a different vendor for AI batch processing because Photoroom is sloppy and unprofessional.
