Exporting Folder Structure

Is there a way to export a group of images form different folders and retain that same folder structure with the exported files? For example, I have several hundred images that i work on for a client every day that are organized into different folders. I need to edit those images and then send jpeg versions to the client via dropbox, while retaining the folder hierarchy.

  As of right now, this is not something that Capture One offers.
  
  I generally just add each folder of images to the batch processing queue one at a time, and use the "Sub Folder" field to generate the output folder as I go.
  
  Definitely not ideal, but it's what we got.

  Maybe an obvious idea, but I make a separate recipe for this type of thing. Even if all the settings are the same, I make a recipe with 'name dir' or whatever to remind me I select the directory.
  
  This way, I don't change a folder location in recipe, forget I did it, and have export images popping off some weird place.
  
  So, regular recipe to Session Output or whichever typical folder I use
  Another recipe to specify other locations.
