comma instead of dot

when modifying setting of an image (e.g. exposition, contrast, etc) the values are delimited by a dot instead of a comma (as per US standard). The problem is that I use a numerical pad and C1 doesn't understand that the comma of the pad is equivalent to their dot. I only have this problem with C1 (so it's not international settings problem), any way to solve this? thanks.

    then ALL other apps would have the problem I have now ONLY with C1...
