About Capture One Enterprise
“Studio†is our Enterprise offering of Capture One.
The product is aimed at larger studios, brand studios producing e-commerce images, and clients producing volume imagery.
It is created as an extension of Capture One Pro - so can be used in the same way as Pro if required. It also comes with additional specialist features to build out your workflow to the next level.
The additional features in the Summer '19 release are:
• Barcode Scanner Tool
Reduce time and human error from the data entry
• Next Capture Backup – backs up captures on the fly from tethered camera.
Back up as part of the session workflow as you capture, removing the need for manual back up routines
• Next Capture Metadata/Keywords – pre-loadable meta data table, applying meta data on capture.
Create and apply meta data ahead of the shot.
• New Guides Tool – scriptable and fully configurable guides.
Create accurate and reusable configurations for brand guidelines
• Tool Locks - lock down tools to prevent unwanted errors in mis-configuration.
Lock the tools to prevent user changing the values set by the manager.
All of the above are designed to be combined in automated workflows, to deliver solutions beyond scope of the tool ability itself by leveraging scriptable extensions*.
As an example: scanning a Bar code scan can trigger a look up of data in Excel, and return that product’s data to the Next Capture Meta data tool (removing entirely the need to manually manage data entry).
When deployed at scale, automating processes can save hundreds of man hours in unnecessary or repetitive tasks – freeing the photo team to work on content and photography.
There are special services included to help you leverage this potential if you can’t do it yourself. These include (but are not limited to): Studio support SLA, automation consultancy*, workflow consultancy, color profiling, and training. You can even buy in Phase One resources to build the automation solutions for you if you don't have the in-house dev resources.
*Automation services are available for mac only currently.

With the Enterprise crop or guide option can we export multiple saved guide templates as layers in a .psd file export? We use 3 aspect ratios for our templates and we want to be able to deliver files to retouch and design that show how an asset will look within each template.
Thanks

Not without a hefty automation script... Part one of the problem is overlays and guides are per application, not per variant - part two is you can only have one instance of them at any one time.
But a good feature request! If you contact support with the full requirements we can make sure product management review it.0 -
Is there any benefits of the Enterprise license over the Pro multi-seat license other than some of the automation stuff and the Management Dashboard? We are already heavily automating metadata, styles, etc so are not sure we need those features in Enterprise but the Management Dashboard sounds appealing.
