"Overlay" two pictures in Capture One Pro 7.0.2?

Hello,

I took pictures of different rooms in a hotel.
To get the best results later on I took the pictures with different apertures and shutter speeds.
I now want to combine/overlay the best version of the furniture/room lightning with the best version of the window part.

Is there a certain technique to use with Capture One Pro 7.0.2 (Mac)?

  This is a job for Photoshop (or similar editor), not Capture One.
  
  By the way, if you are indeed on CO 7.0.2, I strongly suggest to update (it is free) to the current version (but it has no effect on your question), which is 7.2 by the way.

  Hey ... Yep Photoshop.
  
  But in the future if you change f/stops you will change the size of the image on the sensor making it nearly impossible to retouch. Use ASA or shutter or even ND's next time for perfect registration!
