Direct Color Editor (D) in combination with wacom tablet.
I really love the direct color editor. It works perfectly using a mouse but in combination with a wacom tablet I need to set the sensitivity to the lowest value.
If you move your pen on the tablet up, down, left or right and back in the opposite direction the value does not respond immediately.
You move up and the saturation changes to a + value. For example +5. When you move down again you expect the value to go down again but it does not. It first goes up all the way to +10 and then starts to lower it's value. This does not happen with mouse movement.
I hope the developers can fix this issue.

Did you open a support case?
In case you were not aware of it, this is just a users forum where we try to help each other. For bug reporting or any kind of request you have to open a support case.0 -
I did test the beta but it was on my laptop where I did not use any wacom.
I wonder if there are other wacom users with the same problem before starting a ticket for support. Should have asked this in my original post.0 -
Sadly PhaseOne and Wacom have never been a good combination. I have had dozens of issues over the years and neither of them offered a solution (at least not in a timely fashion).
The list of bugs and problems is long and this seems to be in line with all of them.
For Photoshop you can at least disable Windows Ink (which seems to be the culprit for most issues) but when you do that with CaptureOne you lose all pressure control.
I'm thinking Capture One should not rely on Windows Ink for their Tablet-Input that alone would solve many problems (and yours probably too).
Try disabling Windows Ink for Capture One in the Wacom Settings, then it'll probably work - but as I said you'll lose pressure control.0 -
I have myself a Wacom Tablet (a very old Intuos 3) but haven't tried it yet. I'll do as soon as possible and will let you know. 0 -

Thanks!
It seems Windows Ink was not active in the Wacom Desktop Center. Now it works fine! So Windows ink needs to be on.
Also Pen pressure works perfectly as before in Photoshop. (it did not work in CO1 but now it does)
I do have a PSUserConfig.txt with this content:
# Use WinTab
UseSystemStylus 0
located here:
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Adobe Photoshop 2020 Settings\0 -

Yes this entry disables the "WindowsInk" for Photoshop - I wish there was something for Capture One with the same effect.
Glad it works now! 😊0
