Capture One for Moving Images
I know there is a workaround that delivered stellar images for me, but was painful to use effectively.
Some of the best raw cinema dng footage I've seen recently was processed using Lightroom.
Blackmagic Resolve is the tool of choice, but I personally prefer the tools and workflow of C1.
So please add a moving image functionality soon…..please.

RAW DNG is supported from Blackmagic.

Thanks. yes I know. I even posted on that blog.
It works ok for 5 second clips. I went through the process and ended up with superb results.
However, the process beyond short blips of footage is complex and scary in fact, exporting literally thousands of individual clips in to C1 and back out again.
What it needs is to address Blackmagic footage as a single entity, not thousands and thousands of individual still photos.
As I say, I found it ok when processing a short 5 second clip, but practically unusable when looking to process several 1 minute long clips.0
