    Hi Ian,

Right now it is possible to log in to Zendesk and Capture One, and they are not synchronized yet. Are you logged in to Zendesk on mobile and web?

I have not got a clue what I'm logged into. I made a point to log into the site using both my mobile and the desktop but to do that I had to pretend to want to make a comment since there currently is no way to just log in.

So, if that is how I logged in which site did that log me into?

Oh no I just noticed something. Finding posts with new replays is not working. This is very very serious.

I had the forum sorted by "Newest Post" but I realized that people had commented on posts further down but the only way I realized that was that the comment count seemed higher. The colour of the post was still the dark blue read link colour even though it had new content. Then I changed my sort to be "Recent Activity" but I still could not tell which one had activity since I last visited.

And even more important there was not way to jump to the latest comment in posts that had been responded to.

    So summary of these issues:

    1. There is no way to see which post have new content that I have not yet read
    2. There is no way to jump to the first new comment - or even tell which is unread and which is not
    3. There is not account based tracking of what I have read or not yet read which means reading on a desktop during the day and switching to a mobile later in the afternoon will have no coordination.

I second this. Everything seems so uncomfortable in this new forum but this issue makes it really obnoxious and impossible to use. We cannot keep track of what is happening here. The forum needs to do it or we'll be (well, I can speak for myself) discouraged to spend our time here.

I saw that updates were planned to this forum so I was hoping this might have been addressed. I am disappointed. Not only is the white on black hard to read but the most basic of features for a forum - finding new content and tracking what you have already read - is still not here.

Regarding the colour choices - I'm not sure which is worse the grey on white or the white on black - they are uncomfortable in such different ways. The problem of colours, fonts etc is fixable by us end users. It takes work but you can override the CSS of the web site. There is a plug-in for browsers called Styllish (https://userstyles.org/) that lets you do that. However I will not be doing that work since there is little point in spending time on this forum because of the above problem.

I second you again, except that I didn't dislike the gray on white. I think the problem for many was how dark that gray appeared due to monitor/calibration.

As I said 3 months ago, this forum discourages people to spend their time here. At least it discouraged me and I haven't accessed for months indeed.

There's not even a quote function. This is a forum. Come on...

Methinks that was the intent; to render this forum useless to the point nothing gets posted. Less need for C1 to spend any time here.

It's extremely frustrating that a product as wonderful had such horrible, regressive support.

All the responses I get from support requests are trivial and demeaning. It's unfortunate.
