Export an EIP at the same time as a TIFF?
Short version: Is it possible to automate the export of an EIP at the same time as a TIFF?
Longer version: For historical reasons, I use Nikon Capture NX2 as my final editor. So long as I save my work in that as a NEF, the editing is non-destructive (i.e. I can go back and change the edits if I choose).
Capture One is my initial editor, which I use in session mode, one file at a time, and from which I export a 16-bit TIFF version to CNX2. That's a sealed-off process -- I can't then change the edits I made in C1P.
However, exporting the C1P original as an EIP usefully gives me a reworkable file, making C1P a non-destructive editor. Being able to do both exports more or less simultaneously would be a time saver. It would also be a fail-safe measure in case I forget to save the EIP.
Has anyone discovered a way to do this?
Thanks in advance,
Roger (using C1 v9 64-bit in Windows 8.1)

Wow, nice feature request, unfortunately you cannot, use export as EIP for receipts, but it is definitely looks handy for some workflows. Open support case to PO with this feature request. 0 -
Thanks, Andriy. I'll send off a request.

Got a reply already:
"I have listed this as a feature request for our developers to consider."
Let's see if it appears in a future release.
