Capture Pilot - Images not advancing or updating to latest image shot
Hi, I am shooting tethered using Capture One 20 Pro (Build 13.9.4.10 (24c8522) with a Canon 5D Mark IV. I have 'Auto select new capture' set to 'Immediately'.
I have Capture Pilot activated so others can view the shoot while in progress. But the current image shot is not showing up in the Capture Pilot view. They have to manually advance it. It does show the latest image on the computer we are tethered to however. This happens whether people are viewing the images via the Capture Pilot app, or via web browser. All the devices I've tried this on are mac related (iphones, computers, ipad, etc).
I've submitted this to tech support, but also putting it here, so that when there is an answer hopefully) other people will have access to it.
Thanks!
Sara

I heard back from tech support, and they said the only way to do this was to create a Smart Album. Does that make sense? Is that really the only way to make Capture Pilot update to the latest image?

I figured out that the image does advance if you are using an app (ipad, iphone), but if you are using the web browser you are out of luck. This had nothing to do with a smart folder or album - just pointing towards the capture folder. Still not sure what the tech support was talking about. But hopefully this will help someone like me who can't find any documentation or tech support answer.
