After running Capture One Pro for the last 10 months flawlessly on my home computer it now flatly refuses to run after my computer randomly crashed. (CP1 was open in the background but I was using my scanner at the time) The program starts up including the welcome screen but that is as far as it goes, I can click on the menus but nothing works (even and none of my catalogues are showing and neither can I create one). I also now see an extra tab called privilege mode that was not there before, tried searching for a solution but I cannot find one, my licence is up to date and active, the computer is permanently attached to the net. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, I have rolled back windows to a previous restore point, then uninstalled and reinstalled but all to no avail. I have tried support but I have heard zero back from them.
Any help/suggestions is welcome!
