Can't activate latest upgrade
Bought C1 20 Pro in November. downloaded update today and now I can't access the software because it won't allow me to activate.

What do you see when you attempt the activation using your USer account?

After filling in all the fields, it says everything OK, confirms perpetual licence, but when I press the Activate key, it rejects the previous inputs

Full marks to the prompt help from Support. They gave me a new code and I deactivated the Trial version that I had ended up with after updating.

I have the very same problem but havn't been in contact with support. Will try that.
