CO 20 .plist location?

CO plist was previously located in Application Support. I cannot find it in the very new CO 20. can someone please assist? 

Also, why can't I access my previous workspace in the new CO 20?

    The plist files are in ~/Library/Preferences, not Application Support.   However, changes to the plist file will be mostly ignored.   Use the defaults command from a terminal window to modify and/or delete plist entries.  The changes made with the defaults command will be reflected in the plist file.   Example, if I delete all capture one preferences "defaults delete com.phaseone.captureone13" the plist file will be replaced with a mostly empty file.
