13.1 Fujifilm — Color editor forgetting edits

Hi guys,

Recently installed 13.1, which is a great update overall but am having an issue with the color editor. The repeatable process is: Create a new filled adjustment layer, make some color edits in the advance tab, select another layer, then select the color edit layer and all of my edits have been reset. This is pretty frustrating and seems to be part of the 13.1 update.

One workaround has been to make the color edits, and then close and restart capture one to save. This is obviously not ideal, but is something I can do to retain edits.

Is there anything i can to fix this?

  Having the same problem here in pro! Making it impossible to edit without worrying about deleting adjustments.

  Be sure to use the "Submit a request" link and create a Support Case so that the Support team are aware of the number of people affected and, with the log file info you can provide, have a chance of seeing what common factors may be in play.

  James,

  As a workaround I've found that switching the Colour Editor tool to the Basic tab before leaving the image or the layer doesn't result in the edits made previously in the Advanced tab or the Skin Tone tab being deleted.

  Hope this works for you until the problem gets fixed.
