Version 7.0.1 fail to install
I just tried to download and install C1 Pro version 7.0.1 and when I try to unpack and install the .dmg file I get an error I have never gotten before. Has anybody else seen this or had this problem? Now what? Should I file a support case?
It tells me the disk image can't be opened, reason is it not recognized. I tried to attach a screen shot but for the life of me I can't get one to attach.

Same with Window's version. I tried downloading twice and each time the installer said the files were corrupted. 0 -

I'm trying the EU server now and it looks like it is a much larger file size so it may be okay. 0 -

There seem to be a issue with the U.S Servers right now, Use E.U server instead and it is fine.
We are working hard on fixing this ASAP0 -
It did install fine. A quick look shows that the pink line at the bottom of my G12 images are gone. Thanks! 0 -
I've tried both servers, multiple times. Still not working. US servers are giving different file sizes almost every time. EU server says its a two hundred and something(can't remember) but after it finished downloading it was a 82.7mb. File sizes range from 34.6mb to 82.7mb. 0 -

Okay...well I'm not the only one then. This is the error message I got this morning when I tried to install the update: "WARNING! The following disk image couldn't be opened - Image: CaptureOne.v7.0.1dmg Reason: not recognized." I had to double check to make sure I had the required software for my system, and I do. If anyone from Phase One could let us know when this issue resolved that would be great. 0 -
They said they are working on it. Problem with servers. Try using the EU server. File size should be in the 275 mb size range. If not stop the download and try again. It took me several tries. 0 -

Great thank you. I have been working with the new update for roughly two hours now, and I have not had any significant crashes or freeze-ups so far. For me Capture One v7.0.1 has been working pretty smoothly. Again thank you. 0 -
All the time, downloading seems to be relatively slow on the Phase servers. With this new update it's like molasses. 0 -
Hi all, we've setup a Download Archive page on our site where you can download 7.0.1 fast, it seems to be downloading to users with 20mbps+ speeds or faster in under 5 minutes. We have had no failed to install issues with our copy, so hopefully this helps in the meantime while Phase One's servers are reeling from overload!
