Cropping of Images During Exporting

I'm a bit frustrated here.
No matter what camera I'm using, the images are cropped upon exporting.
I've searched this forum and tried setting the preferences, no cropping or lens distortions are checked, etc.
What can I do to prevent this?

  I wonder if you've set something in your Process Recipe(s). Have a look at the settings in the Process Recipe > Basic tab, specifically the Scale setting. Then look at the tool's Adjustments tab and check the Crop setting.

  The "look" of the cropped area does look very much like a lens/zoom position crop of distorted areas.
  
  I'm not saying it is - just that it looks like it.
  
  Alternatively something to do with some limits in a recipe definition.
  
  If you change the preference settings for "Crop" to see what is displayed that may give you some further clues about what you are seeing.
