opening a session

I have had this issue for quite a while with no resolution in any upgrade or update. I was told it would be addressed.
When I open a session the previous session partially opens before the current session opens. This just adds extra time. Has anyone experienced this issue.

  It always happens like that but there is a way round it. If you hold down Alt and start Capture One, instead of opening the previous session, it gives you a menu where you can select the session you want.
