No hardware acceleration after driver update (Nvidia Geforce
I just noticed that my CPU usage went through the roof while editing images in Capture One and then I remembered that there was a driver update for my graphics card yesterday.
Right now I'm on version 397.31 and Capture One displays "hardware acceleration doesn't work".
Since my graphics card has 8GB RAM (1070) that can't be the issue - does anyone else have the same problem with this driver update?
ps.: I've tried turning it off and on again, restarting Capture One in between, Rebooting in between and just about anything else.
Do I need to go back to the previous driver version?

Further steps taken:
- Re-Installed Capture One (clean install)
- Re-Installed Drivers (clean install)
Now when I go to Capture One and change the Hardware Acceleration Setting for Display to Never and back to Auto it's "Setting up hardware acceleration: 0%." and does not progress.
This is getting very annoying.
edit:
-Reverted to previous driver
didn't help.
- Installed Capture One 11.1
didn't help either.
Other applications such as photoshop, the netflix app, lightroom etc use the hardware acceleration without any issues.0 -
I've already done that, I was just trying to find out whether anyone else has the same issue! 😊 0 -
update: according to Tech Support it's a bug, not unlike one that was fixed in 10.0.1 - however 10.0.1 also doesn't work.
Makes me think it's something to do with a recent windows 10 update...0
