    Edit -> Preferences.

    In the "General" tab, the top section should allow you to change the language - select English from the drop-down menu.

    You will then be prompted to restart Capture One.

    There's no language menu in the Mac version. The only way to do it is to open the .app bundle, then navigate to Contents/Resources and rename the Swedish lproj file (probably sv.lproj ?), for instance by adding "_disabled" to the name (i.e. sv.lproj_disabled).

    For Mac users, there is a small utility "Language Switcher" which allows you to set a language different from the system for allmost any application. Exemple : I have my system in english and set CO1 to german with the Language switcher. You can download it from there, and it's free : http://www.tj-hd.co.uk/en-gb/languageswitcher/
