I have the artifacts with AMD cpu.

CCWH, which AMD processor do you use?

    AMD APU E2 1800.

Yeah I'm not alone, same issue many have here.
    Below my system setting:

    - Capture One PRO 11.3.1
    - Fuji X-T3 lossless compressed RAW
    - Windows 7 SP1 64-bit
    - AMD Phenom II x6 1055t
    - AMD Redeon HD ???? (believe HD6770 Graphics)
    - 16 Gb RAM
    - 512 Gb SDD

Hopefully they fix it soon before my 30 trial days expire 😁

Could you try this software and your picture with an Intel CPU ?

hardware acceleration does not make a difference and that the patch gets darker when reducing the exposure.

Thanks for confirming this. I submitted the log and sysinfo files to the support yesterday, but got no reply yet. Maybe it helps the support, if you also would submit your data to find the root of the problem? For reference you can mention my case number: 301270

You can open a support case here:

How to find the log files and create a system information:

It might be worth asking your supporter to have a close look at OpenCL and what it is doing in this case.

The same picture is flawlessly processed by the same C1 version on my another Intel notebook.
It seems to be current c1 version has a serious issue with some AMD CPU. As I read above the older c1 version doesn't have such problems. The question is why?

So this bug is confirmed with AMD CPU's.
I dont know why Capture One 11.1 work well with AMD CPU's. I've noticed the same issue with Capture One 11.2 and later

I'm new to C1 and currently test C1 Express for Fuji 11.3 - 64 Bit.
I have the same Problem, but my CPU is Intel. Log File says:

2018-09-28 21:33:46.752> Logging is now active.
    2018-09-28 21:33:46.752> CPU: GenuineIntel [Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz]
    2018-09-28 21:33:46.752> CPU features: MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, CX8

So it's definetely no AMD CPU problem.
It could be an AMD grafic card problem, I use a Radeon RX 460 board.

What kind of file do you need and how can I upload?
I have JPG out of Camera, Fuji RAF from X-E3 and JPG output from C1 Express 11.3 with these spacy highlights.

We are just Users on the forum with occasional unofficial suggestions from Phase staff offering, mostly, generic help. That's the way things work here.

Phase prefer to provide a personalised response and encourage people to use their Support Case system - it is open to people trialling the software and of course anyone using the free Express versions.

I would suggest the best option will be to create a support case and provide the logs and maybe a sample RAF file - but perhaps send the logs and wait to see if the RAF file is needed or not.

The correlation with AMD previously obererved doe not necessarily imply direct causation BUT there might be some connection to, for example, windows routines or .NET, or whatever that happens to be more prevalent for AMD based systems even if not exclusively letting Intel processors off the hook.

    HTH.

I've raised a case with Phase One today and sent them a RAF file to play with. I've also included a link to this thread.

I also tried turning off both Hardware Acceleration options in the preferences, restarting C1 and importing a file.
    Same problem.

I'll see what feedback the case brings!

    Phase One answer:
    Hi - thanks for writing,

we are aware of this issue and this is already reported to R&D and we are planning a fix for this shortly.

    Sorry for the trouble
