Can someone test external drives please?
I run an eSATA dock (dual drive) and CaptureOne 9.3 doesn't like it if I change the drives in the dock from the ones I had in when I originally "registered" the software.
It will tell me when I launch the app, that the software has been deactivated - and I then have to log-in, deactivate the workstation and re-register.. It did this with v8 too and I thought the team had fixed it, but it came back with v9.3 :/
If anyone runs an eSATA dock and wouldn't mind testing v10 for me, that would be great 😊

Do you mean reading images from 2 hdd mounted in an e-sata dock but not at the same time right? The problem occurs when you use images of two different hdd? Using the same catalog session? 0 -
I use a Session. I have an eSATA dock to place backup drives in. If I receive an order and need to retrieve the images, it's fine if I leave C1 open, but if I've restarted my machine or closed C1 and changed the drives in the dock, it deactivates.. 0
