How to Use Find Similar Action

I am trying out Media Pro to see if I show move from LR...

one of the function I would like to understand is the Find Similar action and how this works compared to Find Duplicates...

I have ran the Find Similar action, ~50000 images, however I do not know what has been return by the action and what can I now see on the Screen... is it:

all photos that look Similar?
all photos accept the master?
how to select the one which you wish to keep?
can I easily mark these?
