It would make a lot more sense - at least in my production environment - if C1 would simply remember my last used adjustments clipboard settings, or would allow for personalised default settings - then I would'nt have to dive into the adjustments clipboard every time.

In the Adjustments Clipboard tool open the action menu (small triangle at the right in the tool's header). Deselect (remove check mark) Autoselect Adjusted.

It also irritates me that this window doesn't remeber it's size - it always pops up in reduced size when I click the double arrow icon - as I can't see the orientation tick box without expanding the Adjustements Clipboard window

Do not understand the issue. Which double arrow do you use? I know the double arrow in each tool for copying that tool only.

I think OP refers to the Copy and Apply Adjustments tool (an arrow pointing both directions), also found under the Adjustments menu in the OSX toolbar. The pop-up Adjustments Clipboard window does indeed revert to the same somewhat small size next time it's created. The same is actually the case if you create a Adjustments Clipboard floating tool (Window - Create floating tool), reverts to the same size if it's closed and re-created.

    Cheers,
    Andreas
