Something seems odd here. If you somehow fumble the Alt-key and Mouse click, so that it resets, Undo should still work. If you make some adjustment to an image, then hit the reset button (without holding Alt, so that it deliberately resets to the original state) can you undo then?

Why not use F7 (New Variant) and keep the result available for the duration of your editing session?

No point to regenerating the original view every time you want to compare.

Put them on screen side by side or cycle between original and current versions in the viewer.

Thanks Ian. I could not remember if it was different so included the "name" just in case.

I figured someone (likely yourself) would correct me as necessary!

You would imagine. But no. There's no Undo if I mishit the Master Reset. The option Undo is greyed out in the menu, Cmd+Z does nothing.

Just to note that its the same for individual tool adjustments. Can't use Undo.

Well, something is definitely wrong then. I have just checked by hitting the reset button to return an image to its unadjusted state. Undo then restores the adjustments. And the same goes for resetting an individual adjustment.

I'd say it was time to contact Support and ask them to help you sort it out, because it is definitely not normal behaviour.

First, if not already tried, a "by the book" re-install?

I would expect that Support would probably advise this as a first step anyway.

Thanks all, the latest version seems to have restored this back to what you would expect. Much relieved.
