Could Not Activate because the activation profile is incorre

I get this message when I try to activate by Capture One

Could not activate because the activation profile is incorrect.

Any ideas?

I had this happen recently. Log into your account online, and under license and subscriptions and de-authorize one of your activations, You should hopefully be able to re-activate then.
